Roll Call

"Roll Call" is our basic training program, which blends traditional military protocol and exercise with functional movements. In this 6 week program you will complete team building exercises, small group tasks, and military style missions. You will leave this program with a high level of discipline, a healthier body and the esprit de corp of being part of a team.
