Brick Bodies Running Club (BBRC)

Marathon Training lead by Coach Trent Stroup
Whether you're a first time runner or a seasoned runner, join our BBRC Coaches for a great season of running and fun. Our experienced staff will help you achieve your running goals. Our workouts will challenge you to run faster and farther than you ever imagined. Recommended base mileage at outset of program is 4 miles at a time and/or currently running 10 miles per week by program start.

5K Training Program
Brick Bodies/Lynne Brick’s is now offering a 6 week 5K training program at all locations. The program is open to all levels and will help you achieve your running goals. Our workouts will challenge you to run faster and farther than you ever imagined. After the six week program, join your fellow group members at a local 5K to test out your new skills (race entry fee not included).
