 PURE PILATESTM AT BRICK BODIES
What is Pilates?
Pilates is a dynamic and systematic approach to conditioning your body from the "powerhouse" or core out. The integration of sequential mat work and apparatus training will enhance the mind/body connection and transform the way your body feels, looks, and performs. The originator, Joseph Pilates, believed in precise, concentrated movements using the mind to feel and focus the body. These exercises are designed with appropriate modifications so that anyone can enjoy the pilates workout safely. Your continued dedication to pilates will reward you with increased strength, improved range of motion and flexibility. You will experience improved posture, grace and flexibility in all of your movements. With the extensive guide
and personal attention of a certified instructor, you will learn to perform each exercise precisely and effectively while completely transforming your body!
