Each Extreme Brickover Weight Loss Program option includes:

  • Food and exercise journal

  • Initial assessment and final evaluation

Support option 1 (member $150, non member $170)
Two - 1 hour, one on one coaching sessions – one initial assessment and explanation of program, one final evaluation with future needs discussion and recommendations.

Support option 2 (member $540, non member $620)
Eight (8) one on one coaching sessions – one 1 hour session per week
Each session is broken down into 1/2 hour of food journal review, 1/2 hour of personal training

Support option 3 (same as the original contestants) (member $1060, non member $1220)
Sixteen (16) one on one coaching sessions – two 1 hour sessions per week
First session will be 1/2 hour of food journal review, 1/2 hour of personal training
Second weekly session will be 1 hour of personal training
