This program incorporates resistance, endurance, agility and core training to sculpt your body from the inside out. ROLL CALL will be our all new redesigned basic training program. This program blends original military protocol and exercise with new functional movements. Team tasks and missions will also be apart of the 6 week camp. We want you to leave this program with a higher level of exercise discipline, a healthier body and most importantly a feeling of being part of a team!
EMPOWER is a group Personal Training Program that has been developed specifically for women. During the 6 weeks we will focus on resistance, cardiovascular, core and team training. Along with exercise, each session includes a scheduled Q&A topics important to women and fitness. This program not only provides external results but internal as well, leaving you feel empowered!
