HEALTHY CHICKEN SALAD -
1 protein, 1 1/2 vegetables, 1 fruit

INGREDIENTS:
6 oz of chicken breast, cooked
1 cup lettuce
1 apple, diced or cubed
1/2 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 serving Thousand Island Dressing (4-5 grams fat, less than 350 mg sodium)
Mix all ingredients together and enjoy!

DIRECTIONS:
Mix ingredients into a marinade, coat chicken. Let sit overnight in the refrigerator. The next day wipe marinade. Grill or roast in 350-degree oven until thoroughly cooked.
