FIVE SPICE AND CITRUS CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS:
1 whole two pound chicken, cleaned and cut into quarters
1tbsp Five spice
1medium size piece ginger, peeled and chopped
1 orange rind, chopped into six pieces
1 lemon rind, chopped into six pieces
2 garlic cloves
1tbsp Hoisin (Peking sauce)
1 tbsp Low sodium Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Olive Oil

DIRECTIONS:
Mix ingredients into a marinade, coat chicken. Let sit overnight in the refrigerator. The next day wipe marinade. Grill or roast in 350-degree oven until thoroughly cooked.
