Boot Camp Starts
6:00 AM 6 week group Personal Training Program that blends traditional military protocol and exercise with new functional movements. Team building, small group tasks and missions will be a part of this 6 week camp. You will leave this program with a higher level exercise discipline, a healthier body and most importantly a feeling of being part of a team!
$144 Tues/Thur at 6am

Pilates Class Cancelation
All Day The 9:00am Wednesday Mat Pilates Class will be discontinued effective Wednesday, August 25th.

We will have an expanded Pilates Schedule in September!

September 3 Locker Room and Little Brick's Closed
5:30 AM - 9:30 PM We are making improvements to our Little Brick's and locker room.
You may use any Brick Bodies/Lynne Brick's locations on Friday, 9/3/10.
