Brick Bodies leases Reisterstown space (December 2006)

The Brick Bodies fitness chain has leased 35,561 square feet for a new gym in Reisterstown.
Scheduled to open in January 2007, the facility will be located in the Chartley Shopping Center, north of Owings Mills Boulevard on Reisterstown Road.
It will include a 25-yard lap pool, heated therapy pool and whirlpool; exercise, cardiovascular and weight-training equipment; and saunas, tanning and locker rooms. Male and female clients will be welcome.
Until the new gym opens, Cockeysville-based Brick Bodies will continue to operate a smaller, temporary gym in the Reisterstown Shopping Center at 11981 Reisterstown Road near Franklin Boulevard.
John Schultz, a sales and leasing associate with MacKenzie Retail in Brooklandville, and Susan Riehl, of Obrecht-Riehl Properties in Bare Hills, represented Brick Bodies; Kristin Cairns of Continental Realty in Bare Hills represented the landlord.
